Seminar: ITV Competences 2030

CITEVE, in collaboration with the Portuguese Textile Cluster, promoted the Seminar "Competencies for ITV in the horizon 2030", on May 28, in the Auditorium of CITEVE, in Vila Nova de Famalicão.

The scenario of transformation and economic and professional growth implies stimulating new capacities to attract and retain qualified human resources, developing skills in line with the permanent evolution of society.

With two panels of debate bringing together national and international experts, it was an opportunity for reflection, sharing of knowledge and experiences within the framework of the 2030 Skills that have been considered, in terms of changes in the approach to human resource management strategies.
